Select your preferred stocks and indicate quantity (rolls). Film stock is sourced through Ikigai Film Lab and charged at cost. Development and scanning via Ikigai Film Lab (3–5 business day turnaround). AusPost tracked return postage charged at cost (~$10–14 per order).

Note: Ikigai Film Lab processes C-41, E-6, and B&W in 35mm and 120 only. Super 8 / 8mm film requires a specialist lab and will be quoted separately.

Film Photography
Film is mailed to Ikigai Film Lab (Melbourne) after the shoot day. Lab turnaround is 3–5 business days. Scans are delivered digitally; negatives returned via AusPost tracked post. Total delivery to client: 2–3 weeks from shoot date, pending revision requests.
Digital Video
Digital editing and colour grading commences after shoot day. Final delivery: 2–3 weeks from shoot date, pending revisions. 1 free revision round included. Additional revisions billed at $175/hr (Newcastle market rate) and added to Invoice 2.

Rush delivery (under 1 week) is available at a 50% surcharge on the editing rate. Please indicate if required.

12Terms & Conditions — Sole Trader · NSW, Australia
Creative Brief Requirement
A completed creative brief is required from the client before any shoot is confirmed. The brief must include the project overview, deliverables, creative direction, and any brand restrictions. Cine Del Mar.Media reserves the right to decline or reschedule a shoot if a brief has not been received and agreed upon in writing at least 5 business days prior to the shoot date.
Business Structure
Cine Del Mar.Media is operated as a sole trader business in New South Wales, Australia. Joshua operates under his personal ABN. These terms form a binding service agreement between the client and the sole trader.
Pricing & Tax
All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Cine Del Mar.Media is not currently registered for GST; no GST is added to invoices. Prices are as quoted. Should GST registration occur, clients will be notified and valid tax invoices issued.
Payment Terms
Invoice 1 (shoot day) is due before the shoot. Invoice 2 (post-production, film, lab, postage) is due within 7 days of issue. Payment via bank transfer (EFT), credit card, or Stripe. Late payments attract interest under s.101 Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW).
Late Payment — NSW
Overdue invoices attract interest at the rate prescribed under s.101 of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW). A $55 AUD late payment admin fee applies per overdue notice, per NSW Small Business Commissioner guidelines.
Cancellation — ACL
14+ days prior: deposit refunded less $150 admin fee. Within 14 days: deposit non-refundable. Within 48 hours: full shoot day fee forfeited. These terms are consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2, CCA 2010.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with 7+ days notice. Rescheduling within 7 days: $200 AUD fee deducted from deposit. Subject to availability.
Intellectual Property
All creative works vest in the sole trader under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) until all invoices are paid in full. Upon final payment, the client receives a perpetual non-exclusive commercial licence for agreed platforms. Raw files are not transferred unless explicitly contracted.
Consumer Guarantees — ACL
Nothing in these terms limits the client's rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2). Services will be delivered with due care and skill. ACL remedies apply for major failures.
Revisions
1 free revision round included per package. Additional rounds billed at $175/hr (Newcastle market rate). Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Film Stock & Lab Liability
Film stock, development, and scanning are sourced from third-party suppliers (Ikigai Film Lab). Cine Del Mar.Media is not liable for damage, loss, or processing errors caused by the lab or Australia Post. All lab costs are passed on at cost and itemised.
Privacy — NSW
Personal information is handled per the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) and the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)). Information is used solely for booking, invoicing, and service delivery.
Portfolio Use
The sole trader reserves the right to display imagery for portfolio and social media unless a written NDA is signed before the shoot. Model and location release forms are signed on shoot day.
Force Majeure
Neither party is in breach for events beyond reasonable control (extreme weather, illness, government directive, natural disaster). Both parties agree to reschedule in good faith per NSW Fair Trading principles.
Dispute Resolution — NSW
Good-faith resolution attempted within 14 days. Unresolved disputes referred to NSW Fair Trading mediation under the Small Business Commissioner Act 2013 (NSW) before any legal proceedings.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of NSW courts. The Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (NSW) applies to digital signatures and communications.
Entire Agreement
This brief and its associated invoices constitute the entire agreement between the client and Cine Del Mar.Media. No verbal representations are binding unless confirmed in writing.
